Haaretz: Market report / Iran anxieties drag TA-25 down

03:26 13.08.12 –Bank shares led the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange lower yesterday as growing speculation about an Israeli attack on Iranian nuclear facilities unnerved traders. The TA-25 index of blue chips fell 0.6% to close at 1,100.77 while the TA-100 dropped 0.8% to 987.84. The TA-Banking index was off 2.2% to end at 801.67 – the same percentage decline as the TA-Real Estate index, which finished at 244.42. “Growing talk about the Iranian threat has raised the level of fear and uncertainty about the security situation,” said Elad Burstein..Read More>>
