The Hindu Business Line: icreate signs MoU with Israel’s Technion
AHMEDABAD, JULY 5:The International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Technology (icreate) on Thursday said it has signed an MoU with Technion, Israel, to mutually encourage and create the ecosystem of innovation, technology and entrepreneurship.
icreate was launched by the Gujarat Chief Minister, Mr Narendra Modi, in September 2011 with a view to create an ecosystem which enables and nurtures the next generation’s entrepreneurial initiatives.
The centre, whose advisory board is headed by Infosys Chief Mentor N.R. Narayana Murthy, is an autonomous centre of excellence with its incubation centre being built on a 34 acres campus near Ahmedabad.
